We're excited to announce a new chapter in our journey.
We're having a little refresh and a rebrand. It's nothing to worry about; we aren't going anywhere! It's just time to shake things up a little.
We've been thedcc for a long time now, and we offer lots of different services to different people. After careful consideration, we've decided to rebrand and adopt a new strategy, targeting our products and services in more appropriate places.
What's Changing?
Just our branding and identity. Our web customers will be served by 'Hitchin Digital', and our IT customers will come to know us as 'Hitchin IT'.
These two brands (with more joing later) will come together under the new umbrella of 'The Hitchin Group'.
Our company name has already been updated - we are now The Hitchin Group Ltd (our company registration number will not change).
Why the Change?
While our core values and services remain unchanged, our new name(s) better reflect who we are today and where we're headed. It symbolises our commitment to providing straightforward services to the good people of Hitchin.
What Stays the Same?
Our Team: Our dedicated team remains in place and fully committed to providing exceptional support.
Our Services: We'll continue to provide all the same services you expect, plus some exciting new ones too.
Our Details: There is no change to our address, company registration number, VAT number, bank account details, or anything like that. We are still the same company, and the same legal entity. (We are not transferring you over to a new company or provider; it's still just us).
What's Next?
